Bio Compatible Materials for 3D Rapid prototyping development
FullCure 720 Translucent
Fullcure 720 is a translucent material designed specifically for 3D Rapid prototyping development in the medical industry. It has passed a number of standards as required by bio-compatible materials. The material has passed tests for Irritation, Sensitization, Cytotoxicity and USP Class VI.
Fullcure 720 for hearing aids
When combined with Objet’s advanced printing capabilities Fullcure 720 can produce excellent hearing aid moulds. Perfect fitting products can be made as the Eden range has the ability to print ultra-thin layers giving a smooth, accurate finish.

There are an additional three resins available for use with the Eden 260, 260v and 350 which are designed for hearing aids specifically. Clear, RoseClear and SkinTone all provide good colour consistency over time and, with the exception of SkinTone, offer improved transparency.
